Tigist TADESSE / Country Manager Ethiopia has years of experience in customer service with Ethiopian Airlines from cabin crew to inflight manager and team leader. She is also an entrepreneur in luxury candles and authentic home decors reflecting Ethiopian culture and spirit.

Selamawit KETEMA / Hospitality Senior Consultant is a certified hotel professional with a BA in Marketing Management and over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. She has managed various hotels across the country, delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. She also owned and operated a successful catering services business, catering to various events and occasions.

Alain-Claude NKURUNZIZA / Founder & Group CEO of Mauborget Group is a Senior Hospitality expert, based in Geneva, Switzerland and Kigali, Rwanda. He is an alumni of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (Switzerland). He has more than two decades of experience mainly in consulting, implementing standard and quality procedures in Africa and in hospitality industry.
